Our tearoom will provide cake.. naturally... but we prefer home made and we'll use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
We're led by what's in season so you can expect treats like rhubarb upsidedown cake in spring, lucious elderflower and gooseberry gateau in summer, plum and blackberry tarts in autumn and gooey date and fudge brownies in winter.
We're also keen to share with our visitors the fantastic food that's grown and produced locally and to showcase traditional Sussex recipes.
We have wonderful cheeses, smoked meat and fish and tangy home made chutneys and pickles and of course our fantastic organic bread, baked freshly for us.
